About John Catalano, CPA

I have always had a passion to help people and solve problems. I love working with our customers to develop their goals and dreams and then helping in achieving them. I truly enjoy helping our clients minimize taxes, save for retirement, plan for their children’s education, grow their business, and navigate the many challenges life has to offer. I am very fortunate that all my customers are some of the kindest, respectful, loyal, and hard-working people in the world. I love what I do, and I am so lucky to have the love and support of my family and friends. They drive me to be my best everyday.

John is a CPA who has been in public accounting and tax for over 15 years. John worked at small public accounting and financial services firm before starting Catalano Tax Advisors in September 2020. John has developed a diverse background enabling him to provide his clients and business partners a unique perspective on tax and business matters. Regardless of the business or industry, John has learned during each step of his career that the common trait to all successful companies is loyal and hard-working people believing in each other.

John was born and raised in Northeast Ohio graduating from John Carroll University where he obtained his B.S.B.A. in accounting. He currently resides in Highland Heights with his wife Erin and their two children Stella and Sam. Outside of work John enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, watching pro and college football, and rooting on all Cleveland sport teams.
